Technical information
Application:
- Touch-up work and partial painting
- Solvent- or water-based base coats
Pre-treatment:
- The substrate must be free of dust and grease.
- Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes before use. Test spray.
Spray application:
- 2-3 spray coats = 30-40μm
- Intermediate drying time between spray coats: 5-10 minutes.
Drying times:
- Dust dry: 10 minutes at 20°C
- Touch dry: 20 minutes at 20°C
- Can be polished after: 12 hours at 20°C
- IR drying possible 7 min (short-wave IR radiation)
Further processing:
- Can be polished after 12 hours (20°C) using standard polishes.
Gloss level:
- matt (item no.: 680 050)
Coverage:
- approx. 0.5 m² – 1 m² / spray can, depending on layer thickness and substrate
Notes:
- For professional use only
- Personal protective equipment must be worn (respiratory mask type: A2/P2 protective gloves, e.g. made of latex or nitrile)
- After finishing the painting process, turn the can upside down and spray the valve until empty.
- Dispose of empty spray cans as recyclable waste.
