Description

Application:

Pre-treatment:

• The substrate must be free of dust and grease. Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes before use. Test spray.

Activate 2K:

• Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes before triggering
• Remove the red push button from the cap.
• Turn the can 180° and place the push button on the pin in the bottom of the can.
• Place the can upside down with the cap on a firm surface.
• Press the red trigger button with the heel of your hand until it stops.
• After triggering, shake the can thoroughly again for 2 minutes.

Spraying:

• 1-2 coats
• Approx. 30μm per spray pass
• Flash-off time between spraying passes: 10-15 minutes, depending on temperature

Drying times:

• 12 hours at 20°C
• 35-40 minutes at 60°C
• IR drying recommended

Processing time:

• 48 hours at 20°C room temperature
• The processing time depends on the ambient temperature
• Higher temperatures result in a shorter pot life, lower temperatures in a longer pot life.

Gloss level:

• High gloss

Coverage:

• approx. 0.5 m² – 1 m² / spray can, depending on the thickness of the coat and the substrate

Notes:

• For professional use only
• Personal protective equipment must be worn (respiratory mask type: A2/P2 protective gloves, e.g. made of latex or nitrile)
• After finishing the painting process, turn the can upside down and spray the valve until empty.
• Dispose of empty spray cans as recyclable waste.
