Clear coat properties:
- High-gloss, UV-resistant, fast-drying clear coat that can be universally applied to all common base coats
- Very well suited for spot repairs thanks to good flow and easy polishability
Substrate preparation:
Thoroughly clean the bodywork of dirt, grease and dust.
Remove any rust.
The substrate must be sanded, clean, dry and free of grease.
Prime with an adhesive primer. Once dry, sand briefly (P600 sandpaper).
Painting:
Shake the spray paint well for approx. 3 minutes before use. The spray distance should be approx. 25 cm. Spray several thin coats at intervals of 3 – 5 minutes.
To protect the metal pigments in metallic paintwork, it is essential to seal with 2 coats of clear lacquer.
