Auto-K fibreglass fabric is a highly malleable and flexible fibreglass material that is particularly suitable for adapting to existing shapes.

Properties
Application
- Removal and bridging of rust holes, cracks, holes or cavities in car bodies, caravans, boats and containers or similar objects.
- First, thoroughly clean the repair area with Auto-K P60 sandpaper (coarse) to remove rust, paint residue and grease.
- Then sand and spray on Auto-K Corrosion Protection Primer.
- Mix the required amount of Auto-K polyester repair resin with approx. 2% hardener.
- Lay the cut fibreglass fabric smoothly on a firm surface (e.g. Resopal or glass) and apply the repair resin mixed with hardener generously with a spatula.
- Coat the repair area with the mixed repair resin as well.
- Place the fibreglass fabric on the damaged area and press down firmly with the spatula tool.

Drying time:
- 20-30 minutes
Notes:
- The fibreglass fabric should be cut to size so that the edges of the repair area are covered by at least 2 cm all around.
- After the drying time, smooth out any remaining unevenness on the outside of the sheet metal with Auto-K filler.
