Application

• Used to reinforce rusted sheet metal and to bridge metal cracks and pinhole corrosion, as well as for repairs to boats, caravans, surfboards and many objects made of steel, iron, concrete and many commercially available plastics.
• Carefully clean the substrate of dust, grease and release agents and sand it down.
• Mix the required amount of fibreglass filler with 2% hardener in the plastic lid.

Product advantages:

• Fast-curing 2-component filler based on elastic polyester resins with glass fibre chips
• Exceptionally tear and break resistant

Processing time:

• 4-6 minutes at 20°C

Note:

• Do not return mixed filler to the tin
• Sandability: after 30 minutes at 20°C
• Storage: Filler and hardener 1 year at 20°C in sealed original container
• Please clean any tools used (filler knife, mixing cup, etc.) immediately after finishing work (e.g. with acetone/nitro thinner).
