SprayMax spray filler
Spray filler is preferred for filling small depressions, unevenness caused by residual filler, sanding marks and waves. Thanks to its excellent stability, thick layers can be applied in just a few spraying passes. The spray filler has excellent adhesion and high filling power.

Technical information
Application:
- Spot repairs and partial repainting
Substrates:
- Steel, galvanised steel, various plastics (PVC, PPO/PA, ABS, PC/PBT), wood, hardened 2K fillers
- Not suitable for plastic substrates made of PE, PP, PP blends (e.g. PP/EPDM) and polystyrene (e.g. Styrofoam)
- Not suitable for aluminium substrates. Prime aluminium substrates with Kwasny SprayMax 1K Filler Primer, for example.
Application:
- Remove any loose rust, sand substrates with P180 – P240 sandpaper, clean and degrease
- Shake the can thoroughly for 2 minutes from the audible sound of the shaking balls. Test spray. Spray distance: 10–15 cm
- Spray coats: 2 x (= 80–90 μm), intermediate flash-off time: 5 min
Drying times:
- Drying times at approx. 80 μm dry film thickness and 20 °C
- Dust dry: 7 minutes
- Touch dry: 15 min
- Sandable: 40 min
- Final air (20 °C): 5 min
- Flash off (50% power): 10 min
- Fully cured (100% power): 5 min
- The specifications refer to a short-wave IR emitter
Further processing:
- Wet or dry sanding with P400 – P500 sandpaper
- Can be painted over with standard solvent- and water-based paints as well as 1K and 2K top coats. Do not use 2K UP filler.
